Beer and Food Pairing Dinner With Chef Bruce

Chef Bruce CEC ACF SF Member hosted an incredible beer and food pairing dinner, featuring excellent hors d’œuvres, appetizers, a main course, and dessert. The night included a great explanation of basic beer tasting and pairing goals, along with Chef Raiden’s insights on fermentation and the Ghost Town Brew Crew award winning beer. Overall it was a fantastic evening spent with great people. Thank you Chef Bruce.
