Chef John's Suckling Pig Breakdown

Special thanks to Chef John for hosting such an amazing Hawaiian themed ACF SF Chapter event, the breakdown of a tasty suckling pig at the Green Hills Golf Country Club. What a great turnout and a delicious treat! Thank you Chef John, we will be back!

Special guest attendees were aspiring young culinary students who traveled from Sonora California. These amazing young intelligant students gained insightful information on what The American Culinary Federation is, its background, history, what we stand for, and what it means to be apart of such an amazing organization. Students also learned of ways they too could join the group one day. Students also had the special opportunity to sit and dine with real world ACF SF Chefs gaining some valuable advice, ask questions, and listen to inspirational stories.
