Golden Gate Meat Company Tour

What a day tour. Thank you very much to the wonderful folks at the Golden Gate Meat Company located in Richmond, California for hosting our ACF San Francisco Chapter at their meat production facility and providing us with a very informative tour on how they process different varieties of meats and the history of this long time family business that’s been serving the bay area since 1977. Followed by a tasting of delicious hand crafted cured meats from their very own San Giacomo Salumeria. And sending us home with a complimentary luncheon from their Golden Gate Bistro outdoor restaurant.
